Jay Sung

Jay Sung joined L-Nutra in 2024. A veteran executive with 25 years of experience in consumer products and services, he has extensive expertise in direct marketing, e-commerce, and multi-channel customer acquisition and retention, having managed marketing budgets between $5M and $350M.

Most recently, he served as President, North America for The Proactiv Company, a recent carve out of Guthy-Renker and majority-owned by Nestle Skin Health, a pharmaceutical division of the Nestle Company. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Guthy-Renker, a $1.3B industry leader in the direct-to-consumer health and beauty market, best known for developing and marketing leading brands including Proactiv®, Meaningful Beauty® with Cindy Crawford, Wen® Haircare by Chaz Dean, IT Cosmetics™, and many others. In addition to his strong track record of growth with skincare and beauty brands, Sung has held President and Chief Marketing Officer positions in a variety of industries including financial services, insurance, online advertising, subscriptions and wine. Jay holds a B.S. in Economics, with a dual concentration in Marketing and Accounting, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania
